CLAUDE DUVAL HANCOCK

          Graveside services for Claude Duval Hancock, 85, of 3025 Myers
St., Oroville, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Glen Oaks Memorial Park.
          Hancock died Friday at an Oroville hospital.
          Born in Kansas on July 2, 1888, he came to California in 1910 and
to Butte County in 1953.
          He married Eunice Bent in April 1957.  She died in 1965.
          Hancock worked as a catskinner for A. Teichert & Sons, Inc., when
he settled in Chico.  He moved to Oroville in 1972.
          He is survived by a son, Merle R. Hancock.
          Arrangements are being handled by Brusie Funeral Home.
